Are you new to barre? Or maybe you are looking for a class with a slower pace? If so, then Barre Essentials is for you. Our teachers will focus on the basics and fundamentals of the Barre Intensity method. Although this class is taught at a slower pace, it will still provide you with a complete workout. You will learn proper barre techniques, body alignment, and have intricate instruction for every exercise. Weights are optional, but you will still feel the burn!


This high intensity class will really make you feel the burn. We use light weights and isolated movements to strengthen fine muscle groups along with a large range of motion to elevate your heart rate and lengthen your physique. At a quick tempo of 135 bpm per minute, you will maintain a steadfast cardio workout. The Barre and ballet techniques help guide us through this low impact, high intensity workout. This class is a true representation of our training company, BARRE INTENSITY.

HOT BARRE STRETCH (coming soon)

HOT Barre Stretch is for all levels! This 45 minute class will leave you feeling refreshed, and limber. Set to rhythmic music in a dark, heated studio, our Barre Instructors will quietly lead you through stretching exercises intended to target every muscle group. This class will encourage intense lengthening and muscle conditioning. Prepare for a unique, whole body workout!
