YOUTH & TEEN CLASSES
Starting JUNE 1st
Calling all 8 to 12 year olds - this class is for you! Enjoy a 45 minute, low impact, high strengthening class. With age appropriate music, a spirited barre instructor will guide children through each exercise, and teach them the fundamentals of Barre! The class ends with a slow stretch to increase flexibility. You’re guaranteed to have fun!
This class caters to teenagers ages 13-18 years old. Teens will be taught the Barre Intensity method by our trained instructors. They will gain strength, and become more flexible with this low impact, high intensity class! Add this to their daily sports/dance commitments for the extra strength training they need.
